Please be advised that during the Coronavirus crisis, the Town Council Office is closed to the public. However, staff will remain working and can be contacted by e-mail and by telephone during normal working hours of Monday - Friday 9:30am - 12:30pm. Our aim is to operate in the best possible way to meet the needs of our residents.
Councillors can be contacted as normal, details of which can be found by clicking on the 'Councillor Details' tab from the drop down list above, or by referring to our Newsletter that you should have received in the post. We do however, ask for you to be mindful that if you don't receive a reply straight away that the person may be unavailable and perhaps it would be best to make contact with an alternative Councillor.
Council Meetings are currently being held virtually by 'Zoom' and take place on a Wednesday evening at 7pm. Members of the public are welcome to join the meeting, however, in order to do so, please check the 'Committee page' where you will be invited to click on the link to join the meeting. Should you have a matter that you wish to speak about at the meeting, please e-mail the Town Clerk on: email@example.com at least 3 x days prior to the meeting.
